Pan Fried Flounder
My mother gets wild game and fish from customers at her barber shop. I don’t ask why and try not to think about it too much. Yesterday she called me and asked if I wanted a flounder. Since I have poor luck at catching keepers I agreed. I filleted it, skined it, then fried it. Fried flounder is the best way to cook these guys.
