Last month we went to Terrapin for our anniversary dinner. It was my first time trying foie gras, it just melts in your mouth. Delicious!

Char Sui Pork. My father came for our daughter’s graduation, while he was here we grilled some pork loin with this Char Sui seasoning we use to have in Hawaii.
Shelby says she’ll is going to eat all the beefteki. She loves when I make these :)

That bottle of Scout’s Honor from Venge Vinyards, Napa Valley, is beautiful. Very complex. The price tag kept me from taking home a bottle but I keep thinking about it ;)
