Shelby and I took a trip to Grand Mart International Food yesterday. If you’re in the area and haven’t visited the store yet, make point to go—lots of good stuff there. We ended up picking up some blue crabs, produce, fenugreek, and a bag of frozen dumplings we sampled. The woman cooking them in the store was a very convincing salesperson.

Chili and Basil Shrimp. This is quick and easy to make. All you need is shrimp, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and basil. Cooks fast.

Etienne Dupont cider we bought after a tasting—reminded me of the farm fields in Germany. The yeast is captured from the air in the areas surrounding the brewery.
